I found the shoes I wanted in stock here when a couple of other sites didn’t have them, which was a nice surprise. Ordering was straightforward too. The only downside was that some colours had loads of sizes missing, so I ended up going with my second choice. That feels like something preventable with better stock planning, but I’m still happy overall and would use them again.

It took longer than I’d hoped, and I do wish I’d been able to get it sorted sooner, but in the end everything was resolved. Thanks for getting it handled eventually.

I’ve been waiting over a week for my order and it still hasn’t arrived. When I reached out to support, it felt like they were blaming me instead of helping, which made the whole thing even more frustrating. Not a great experience.

I ordered from Mastershoe for the first time and, i was a little suspicious at first because I’d never used them before. I kept half-expecting something to feel off, but it all went smoothly. The payment process seemed secure, I got the confirmation emails I was expecting, and nothing weird happened. Delivery was alright, maybe a day later than I would’ve liked, but not a big deal. The shoes arrived well boxed and were exactly as described. I’d probably order from them again, but I’m knocking off a star because it wasn’t the quickest delivery.

I’ve ordered from other shoe retailers before and usually get clearer updates and faster delivery, so this felt frustrating by comparison.
